Do you need to access our FTP Site to provide files as part of a technical support request?

 

When reporting an issue to us, a Shounco Design application engineer may request the files to help resolve/identify an issue.  If these file[s] are too large to send in an e-mail (5MB or above) then you can upload the file[s] to our FTP (File Transfer Protocol) server. For advanced support we use both Webex and GotoMeeting Services. Our support Technician will direct you as to which link to use for your call. They are provided here for easy access.
